Sweetest Day with Megan's Cupcakes

This Saturday, October 17th is Sweetest Day and ironically on Sunday it is National Chocolate Cupcake Day. For those of you who remember the old Sander's Bumpy Cake in Detroit, this is my inspiration for this weekends cupcakes! Bridget's Bumpy Cake, is going to be a chocolate cake topped with a line of butter cream frosting and then dipped in my hot fudge frosting. It will be a sure delight!
